Although this developer began its activity in 1987, our PROJECT and promotion SYSTEM " Villas a la Carta " was born in the year 2000, from this moment we developed the VALC SYSTEM creating a collection of villas with the collaboration of different architects, obtaining different styles to offer to our clients. At this time there was a great demand for the Andalusian Rustic style, although we also had in our collection Classic Villas and some of a more modern style.
For the promotion of the VALC SYSTEM we have published and distributed from the beginning an annual company magazine, where the VALC SYSTEM was explained in all its extension and a compilation of all the promotions carried out and in course, as well as our best offers for both Villas and Apartments. This magazine has been and continues to be our letter of introduction to our clients and real estate partners, being for all of them a true reference in the promotion of Villas on the Costa del Sol.
To illustrate our history we have dusted off the historical archives of the company, making a compilation of the most emblematic Villas and flat developments that we have developed over the years. So that everyone who reads these words can perceive the essence of our project, we show you the COLLECTION of historical villas, Annual Magazine, three flagship villas of the collection and some of our promotions.
Around 2004 we published the first editions of our magazine, at that time the architecture of the villas were of a more classical and Andalusian style, adapting at that time to market trends and our customers.

In the last few years we have dedicated a lot of time and intention to the " Villas a la Carta " project , updating all its content and development .The VALC SYSTEM is currently structured in five books, our philosophy in creating these books has been at all times, to facilitate our clients the necessary steps for the creation of their new LIVING SPACE, with all that this entails. Firstly, in choosing the villa and plot that best suits their needs, secondly, in adjusting the design to their complete taste and comfort and, thirdly, in choosing the quality elements that make them feel emotionally good. We establish three LEVELS OF QUALITY which we call: GOLD LEVEL, PLATINUM LEVEL and DIAMOND LEVEL . The Client can choose any of the three levels, interact between them, incorporate EXTRAS or contribute different ideas to be studied by the Villas a la Carte team.
To put the reader in situation about the content that is going to be found in each of the books in which the VALC SYSTEM is developed , we describe the subject matter in each of these books:
Commercial Book
This book is very visual and schematic, it shows the VILLA COLLECTION with a summary of technical data, the description of each of the villas with 3D infographics and schematic plans and the AREA OF ACTION to choose a plot where to locate the villa.
Taking into account the recreational and visual concept of this book, we also include images and comments on the possibilities of leisure, culture and gastronomy in our area of action.
Technical Book
In the Technical Book we describe the construction system used in "Villas a la Carte", the chapters with the quality elements that we include in each of the three LEVELS of Quality that we offer to our clients where we show the photo of each element together with its make and model, we also include a battery of extras that the client can choose for their new LIVING SPACE.
Book Villas with Project:
In this document we apply the concepts contained in the technical book, which serve as the basis for all the villas that make up our collection, that is to say, we develop the project for each of the villas in terms of plans, surfaces, lighting, gardening, dressing rooms, kitchens, etc., in such a way that our clients can choose any of them according to their tastes and needs.
Book of Plots Offered:
In this book we offer our clients a great diversity of areas for the promotion of villas, where we include for each area: plot plan, plan with reviews of interest, photographs of the surroundings and urban parameters. This makes it easy to choose a specific area in which to locate the villa of your dreams.
Legal Book:
In this book we make a compilation of all the legal documents inherent to the real estate promotion: reservation contract, contract of sale in promotion, the protocol of emission of guarantees for the amounts delivered on account on the part of the clients, contract for execution of villa as delegated promoter, agreement of collaboration with real estate agencies, agreement of collaboration with ambassadors of Villas a la Carta, etc..., we have to comment that this book is thought for internal use of the company as manual of work.
