It is a pleasure for me to tell you about the history of " Villas a la Carta " as a real estate developer. The beginnings of this activity were in 1987, promoting villas in rural and urban residential areas, quickly moving on to the promotion of LUXURY VILLAS. Expanding the passions of the " Villas a la Carta " team, in the form of projects, throughout the length and breadth of the Costa del Sol in Malaga.
From the beginning to date, we have promoted more than 500 properties, of which 300 properties have been LUXURY VILLAS, our star product par excellence.

The luxury villas have always been offered to our CLIENTS with the " Villas a la Carta " SYSTEM , a system designed and created by the " Villas a la Carta " TEAM more than 20 years ago, achieving excellent results during all this time.

In the last four years we have focused on updating and perfecting the " Villas a la Carta " SYSTEM, we have created a new concept to define the dwelling, the home, the house. We call it LIVING SPACE, this space is the place where we make our life, it is the place that represents us. Really for us, this space is a sacred place, it is intimacy in its purest state, that is why we created " Villas a la Carta ".

The soul of " Villas a la Carta " is its EMOTIONAL CONCEPT, we go to the heart of our CLIENTS, contemplating for their NEW LIVING SPACE the field of all possibilities, offering our best version so that each CLIENT gets their perfect LIVING SPACE.
Lorenzo Párraga, founder and CEO of this great project, trained in Engineering and with numerous masters and specialised courses to his credit, has developed his own methodology, always involved in the design, in the execution of the works, in the marketing, in the quality of the final product and in the satisfaction of our CLIENTS.
